Mixing Bowl
Juicer
Microplane/Grater
- 150 g Greek Yoghurt
- 25 g Tahini
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1½ tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Place the Greek yoghurt & tahini into a small mixing bowl then grate in the garlic.
Add in the lemon juice & olive oil then season with salt & pepper.
Whisk to combine then if necessary, add in cold water to thin out the sauce. It should be thin enough to drizzle.
Let the garlic sauce sit in the fridge for an hour or two then serve! This makes the sauce taste more garlicky!
1. Storage - Kept in the fridge, this garlic sauce will keep for up to 3 days. Keep in mind that the longer the sauce sits for, the stronger the garlic flavour will be.
2. Tahini - This sesame paste adds a subtle nutty flavour to this sauce but feel free to leave it out if you'd prefer.
3. Yoghurt - Make sure to use Greek yoghurt for this sauce, for the best flavour & texture.
