Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Juicer
  • Microplane/Grater

Ingredients

  • 150 g Greek Yoghurt
  • 25 g Tahini
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Place the Greek yoghurt & tahini into a small mixing bowl then grate in the garlic.
  • Add in the lemon juice & olive oil then season with salt & pepper.
  • Whisk to combine then if necessary, add in cold water to thin out the sauce. It should be thin enough to drizzle.
  • Let the garlic sauce sit in the fridge for an hour or two then serve!
This makes the sauce taste more garlicky!

Notes

1. Storage - Kept in the fridge, this garlic sauce will keep for up to 3 days. Keep in mind that the longer the sauce sits for, the stronger the garlic flavour will be.
2. Tahini - This sesame paste adds a subtle nutty flavour to this sauce but feel free to leave it out if you'd prefer.
3. Yoghurt - Make sure to use Greek yoghurt for this sauce, for the best flavour & texture.
