Dulce De Leche Espresso Milkshake

Rich & creamy dulce de leche icecream, blitzed up with milk, extra caramel & a double shot of espresso.

Equipment

  • Jug Blender
  • Coffee Machine
  • Ice Cream Scoop

Ingredients

  • 360 ml Whole Milk
  • 4 Scoops Dulce De Leche Ice Cream
  • 4 tsp Dulce De Leche
  • 2 Double Shots Espresso

Instructions

  • Start by making the espresso then set aside to cool slightly as you prepare the remaining ingredients.
  • Next, place the ice cream, dulce de leche & milk into a jug blender.
    Add in the espresso then blitz the milkshake until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass & serve immediately.

Notes

This recipe uses dulce de leche ice cream & dulce de leche on its’ own.

Leave the coffee out if you’d prefer, it will still taste great!
Feel free to play around with different ice cream flavours. Vanilla or chocolate would work.
