Dulce De Leche Espresso Milkshake
The perfect summertime drink.Rich & creamy dulce de leche icecream, blitzed up with milk, extra caramel & a double shot of espresso.

Equipment
- Jug Blender
- Coffee Machine
- Ice Cream Scoop
Ingredients
- 360 ml Whole Milk
- 4 Scoops Dulce De Leche Ice Cream
- 4 tsp Dulce De Leche
- 2 Double Shots Espresso
Instructions
- Start by making the espresso then set aside to cool slightly as you prepare the remaining ingredients.
- Next, place the ice cream, dulce de leche & milk into a jug blender.Add in the espresso then blitz the milkshake until smooth.
- Pour into a glass & serve immediately.
