Take a Look Inside →
1. Roast Chicken - These sandwiches are a great way to use up leftover roast chicken. For 4 salads, you’ll need 400 grams of chicken, which roughly equates to half a medium chicken.
2. Black Garlic - Black garlic is available to buy in some supermarkets or online. Alternatively, regular garlic can be used for the mayo. You won't need to use as much though - I'd start with 3 garlic cloves.
3. Bread - I used my potato sandwich bread for this sandwich but any good white, sandwich bread will work!
4. Crisps - I used salted Kettle Chips for my sandwiches but pretty much any salted crisps will work as well. Roast chicken flavoured crisps will also work!
