Confit Garlic Oil

Lemon, Juiced
Instructions
Add all of the mayo ingredients into a food processor.
Blitz until smooth then season with salt & pepper.
Store in the fridge until ready to use.
Notes
Kept in the fridge, the mayo will keep for 2-3 days.
