- 200 g Butter (Softened - See Notes)

- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Roughly chop the parsley & grate the garlic then add into a food processor with the butter & lemon juice.
Season the butter with salt & pepper then blitz until smooth.
Give the butter a taste to check the seasoning then add more salt & pepper as needed, blitzing again to combine.
Transfer the garlic butter to a bowl then serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
1. Butter - You can use either salted or unsalted butter for this recipe. Keep in mind that you're butter will need less seasoning if you use salted butter.
2. Storage - Once made, this garlic butter can be served straight away or stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. I like to let my butter warm up to room temperature before serving as it will be easier to spread/scoop.
3. Garlic - We're using raw garlic for its' strong, punchy flavour. You could also use confit or roasted garlic instead, for a milder, deeper flavour. Feel free to add as much garlic as you like.
